I have little to no nicknames but a childhood one was Olive Oil, as in Olive Oil from Popeye the sailor man. Yes, the high pitched vocally annoying wife of Popeye. Because I was extremely tall and skinny like her.
And my husband nicknamed me Chicka, which just came about I don't know why or how?
